The call log module is used to record all Incoming/Outgoing phone calls related information and details in one place. This feature can be accessed under the reception module. To begin working with the call log module, you need to first go to Configuration -> Module Configuration -> Reception Configuration and define "Calling Purpose". Once you defined, you may now be able to record the call log.

 

 

Permission: This module contains four permissions.


List Call log

Anyone with this permission can list all the call log

Create Call log

Anyone with this permission can create a call log

Edit Call log

Anyone with this permission can edit call log

Delete Call log

Anyone with this permission can delete call log


To assign or change permission, visit <your_url>/configuration/permission

 

Below is the screenshot of the call log module listing call log details. This module is saved information in terms of Calling Purpose, Call Detail, Caller Name, Start Time, End Time, Call Duration, Description and Entry By.



In the top right side, there are options to:

  • Add new call log - This will open a form to add call log details.
  • Filter - This allows you to filter the details with call type, calling purpose and date between.
  • Sort By - This allows you to sort the record in ascending or descending order by supported columns
  • More Option - This allows you to take a print out of call logs or to download a list of call logs

 

In the bottom left, there is an option to navigate to the next and previous pages. In the bottom right, there is an option to set pagination i.e. number of records per page.

In every row, there are options to edit call log & delete call log.




Above is the screenshot of form to create a call log, where you need to enter desired. Once you complete all the details, you can click on the save button to store the call log.
