The timetable module is used to keep all class wise records with assigned subject teachers and their respective subjects. Timetables of each class usually cycle every week. This feature can be accessed under the academic module.

 

Permission: This module contains four permissions.

 

List Timetable

Anyone with this permission can list all the timetable

Create Timetable

Anyone with this permission can create a timetable

Edit Timetable

Anyone with this permission can edit timetable

Delete Timetable

Anyone with this permission can delete timetable

 

To assign or change permission, visit <your_url>/configuration/permission

 

Below is the screenshot of the timetable module listing timetable details. This module is saved information in terms of Batch, Effective date, Discerption, Created at and Last Updated at.



In the top right side, there are options to:

  • Add new timetable - This will open a form to add timetable details.
  • Filter - This allows you to filter with batch and effective date, and filtered details can be printed.
  • Sort By - This allows you to sort the record in ascending or descending order by supported columns
  • More Option - This allows you to take a print out of timetables or to download a list of timetables

 

In the bottom left, there is an option to navigate to the next and previous pages. In the bottom right, there is an option to set pagination i.e. number of records per page.


 

In every row, there are options to allocate timetables to allocate each subject with their respective session. A timetable of each batch can be edited and deleted as well as you to take a print out of timetables or to download as pdf.


Above is the screenshot of form to create a timetable, where you need to enter the desired input. Once you complete all the details, you can click on the save button to store the timetable.
